Zones & Route Network

Fare Calculation – Here’s How

The network area is divided into fare zones, which are identified by zone numbers. The fare depends on the number of fare zones traveled through during a journey. The basis is the actual route taken. Entry and exit zones are counted.

If a journey begins or ends at a stop located on a zone boundary, this stop is counted towards the zone in which the journey is made. In zones P1, P2, and P3, the VPE fare applies to internal traffic.
