For connections within the VGC tariff area, we are happy to provide information by phone during our opening hours:
Opening Hours
Mon – Fri 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM
Mon – Fri 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM
Wednesdays closed in the afternoon
DB Service, Information, and Timetable Information
Booking, service, and information online at www.bahn.de or via the Bahn service number:
(20 cents/call from landline, mobile phone rate max. 60 cents/call)
The phone number connects you to all Deutsche Bahn services. After dialing, you can communicate your desired service either by voice using a keyword or by touch-tone dialing on the phone keypad. You will then be forwarded accordingly.
