Important Notes
Single Tickets
Valid for immediate travel. Valid for a maximum of 3 hours from purchase. Transfers and journey interruptions towards the destination are permitted.
Four-trip Ticket
These are valid like single tickets from the boarding zone to the destination zone. Journey interruptions and transfers between different transport companies towards the destination are possible, and validity is a maximum of three hours from validation. The multi-trip ticket must be partially validated by the driver on each journey. Multi-trip tickets are transferable and can be used by several people simultaneously. Multi-trip tickets can only be purchased on the bus. Passengers holding a valid multi-trip ticket must partially validate the multi-trip ticket by entering the date and time before starting their journey on the Kulturbahn and Enztalbahn. Multi-trip tickets are valid for one year from the date of issue.
Adult Monthly Ticket
For an unlimited number of journeys on the specified route during a calendar month. Companion rule: on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, 2 additional persons can be taken along free of charge. Monthly tickets for 8 zones or more are valid network-wide.
Trainee Monthly Ticket
For an unlimited number of journeys on the specified route during a calendar month.
Short-distance Ticket for €1.50
Valid within a closed locality or district, within one zone for a journey to the next but one stop, without transfer entitlement. On the Enztalbahn, the short-distance fare applies between all stops within a closed locality. On the Kulturbahn, the short-distance fare applies between all stops within a closed locality or district. The short-distance fare does not apply to inter-local traffic. The BahnCard discount does not apply to the short-distance fare.
Group Tickets
Groups are only entitled to transport if they have been registered with the respective transport company in advance and if transport with regularly used means of transport is possible. Groups of 10 or more paying persons receive a discount. This amounts to 20% for a single journey and 40% for a round trip on the regular fare. The price is rounded up to the nearest 10 cents. Free places are not granted.
Transfer to the Kulturbahn
All VGC tickets can be issued from any boarding point on the Kulturbahn to the Unterreichenbach fare point.
Bicycle Transport
There is no obligation to transport bicycles. Transport is only possible if space is available, in accordance with the Conditions of Carriage and Fares.
Monthly Tickets
For VVS period ticket holders, the fare for VGC period tickets is reduced by €12 each.

Market Ticket VGC
The VGC Market Ticket is valid on Saturdays until 2:00 PM for a round trip at the price of a single journey.
Special Fare Schömberg
Within the political municipality of Schömberg, which includes the districts of Bieselsberg, Schwarzenberg, Oberlengenhardt, Langenbrand, and the town of Schömberg itself (area hatched red to the left in the fare zone map), a special fare of currently €1.50 per person applies regardless of distance.

- Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM, all day on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Day Passes
VGC Day Tickets
Adult day ticket for € 11.50
The day ticket is valid in the VGC fare zone in the district of Calw (on the Kulturbahn between Hochdorf and Unterreichenbach, on the Enztalbahn between Bad Wildbad and Höfen/Enz) for one person on the day of issue with no time limit.
Family day ticket for € 19.00
The VGC family day ticket is valid Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m., on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays all day for any number of journeys within the VGC fare zone in the district of Calw (on the Kulturbahn between Hochdorf and Unterreichenbach, on the Enztalbahn between Bad Wildbad and Höfen/Enz). It entitles families to travel with a maximum of two adults (parents, grandparents or foster parents) and all their own children or grandchildren under the age of 18. For kindergarten groups, school classes and other travel groups, the VGC group fare or other fare offers apply.
KONUS Guest Card
In the VGC tariff area, KONUS guest cards are recognized for free use of all public transport.
RegioX
The RegioX-Ticket is valid for an unlimited number of journeys on the day of validity indicated on the ticket. Mon-Fri from 9:00 AM, and on weekends and public holidays even from 12:00 AM. Valid until 3:00 AM on the following day. 1 person costs 22 Euro, each additional person 5 Euro, up to a maximum of 5 people.

MetropolTagesTicket
The MetropolTagesTicket (MTT) can be used by solo travelers for a basic price of €25.00.
Accompanying Persons (up to 5 people traveling together) pay an additional €8.00 per person. A parent or grandparent can travel with any number of their own children or grandchildren up to and including 14 years of age and one additional person.
The MTT is valid on integrated transport services and for journeys on all local buses and trains of the following transport associations:
- Stuttgart Transport and Tariff Association (VVS)
- Heilbronn-Hohenlohe-Haller Local Transport (HNV) – without VRN extension areas
- Schwäbisch Hall District Transport
- Neckar-Alb-Donau Transport Association (naldo)
- Transport Company Bäderkreis Calw (VGC)
- Freudenstadt District Transport Association (VGF)
- Pforzheim-Enzkreis Transport Association (VPE)
- Ostalb Mobil

Baden-Württemberg-Ticket
The price of the Baden-Württemberg-Ticket (BWT) depends on the number of travelers. For a basic price of €27.00, solo travelers are mobile on all DB AG local trains and on buses and trains of all transport associations in Baden-Württemberg.
Accompanying Persons (up to 5 people traveling together) pay an additional €9.00 per person. A parent or grandparent can travel with any number of their own children or grandchildren up to and including 14 years of age and one additional person.
The BWT is valid for an unlimited number of journeys on the day of validity indicated on the ticket. Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM, and on weekends and public holidays even from 12:00 AM. Valid until 3:00 AM on the following day.

BWT-Night: Valid from 6:00 PM until 6:00 AM the following day. Prices correspond to those of the BWT-Young.

Monthly Tickets for Adults
VGC monthly tickets for adults entitle holders to an unlimited number of journeys within their temporal and spatial validity.
Companion rule: On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, 2 additional persons can be taken along free of charge on the specified route. The companion rule does not apply to Deutschland-Tickets.
From 8 zones, the monthly ticket is valid as a network ticket.

The Monthly Ticket PLUS is valid on the registered route from the boarding point to the destination. Additionally, the personalized monthly ticket (photo and customer card required) entitles you to unlimited use in the VGC area on weekdays from 12:00 PM, and all day on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
The Monthly Ticket PLUS is not transferable. Customer card required.

Period Tickets for Apprentices
The D-Ticket JugendBW
The D-Ticket JugendBW is aimed at all school students, all young people up to 21 years of age, as well as students, apprentices, and voluntary service providers up to 27 years of age.
It was initiated and is funded by the state of Baden-Württemberg as well as the cities and districts.
It is a personal network ticket and is valid on all means of local transport throughout Germany without time restrictions (buses, trams, underground and suburban trains, regional trains – in 2nd class). It is only available as an annual subscription . The annual price is debited in 12 monthly installments of €45.00 each. Cancellation is possible after 12 months at the earliest.
A direct debit mandate is mandatory for participation in the subscription process, so that the monthly installments can be debited.
No accompanying person rule applies.
VGC Monthly Tickets for Apprentices and University Students
Monthly Tickets
Upon presentation of an authorization card, apprentices and students receive monthly tickets according to the reduced VGC collective tariff for apprentices. For more information, if traveling with one company, contact the relevant transport company, or if traveling with transfers, contact the VGC offices.
Accompanying person rule: On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, 2 additional people can be taken along free of charge. The accompanying person rule does not apply to the D-Jugendtickets-BW.
Available as Plus (valid from 12 PM throughout the entire VGC network) and newly as a slightly cheaper, pure variant for the requested route, but without network extension.
