Lost Something on the Bus or Train?

Bicycles require a child’s fare.

Bicycle transport on the Kulturbahn between Horb and Pforzheim (774) is free on weekdays from 9:00 AM, and all day on Saturdays and Sundays. During other times, a KulturbahnTicket-Rad must be purchased on the Kulturbahn. The fare for a bicycle day ticket is €3.50 (as of 3/17). Bicycle transport on the Enztalbahn is free Monday to Friday before 6:00 AM and from 9:00 AM, and all day on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM, a bicycle day ticket for €3.50 must be purchased.

There is no entitlement to bicycle transport. Bicycles can only be taken if space is available. However, they will be transported if the passenger travels with them simultaneously, provided that the safety and order of operations are not jeopardized and other passengers are not endangered or inconvenienced. In individual cases, bicycle transport may be restricted without prior notice or excluded in certain vehicles. Passengers with strollers or disabled persons in wheelchairs always have priority. In individual cases, the decision of the operating staff applies.

Dogs in a container equivalent to small luggage are transported free of charge. Otherwise, the child fare must be paid. Please refer to the general information in the Conditions of Carriage.

No, group reservations are generally not possible. For bus services, groups of 10 or more must be registered, but there is no guarantee of transport. Passenger transport is only possible within the available capacity.
