Partial integration into the VVS fare zone
From Calw to Stuttgart with one fare
From February 1, 2026, the VVS tariff will apply for journeys between Calw station and the VVS area. The reactivated Hermann-Hesse-Bahn is thus integrated into the VVS tariff and you can travel from Calw to Stuttgart with just one ticket.
- The VVS fare applies on the Hermann-Hesse-Bahn in the corridor from Calw, Calw-Heumaden, Althengstett, Ostelsheim beyond Weil der Stadt to and from all destinations in the VVS area as well as on the parallel buses. For journeys between the individual towns from Calw to Weil der Stadt on domestic services, the VGC fare applies.
- The VVS network day tickets (single day ticket and group day ticket) are valid from 01.02.2026 for journeys with a destination in the entire Stuttgart network area or from the Stuttgart network area to the VGC – including on buses.
